So much truth in this Judson. To simplify, this is why most forms of "art" (i.e., entertainment, distractions) are like a mouthful of sugar. You get a quick rush of pleasure followed by hours of feeling hungry and hollow. Authentic culture, art, etc. touches us at a deeper level and is far more satisfying.
